Pushpa, now the leader of a powerful red sandalwood smuggling syndicate, has risen to rule the entire state. Meanwhile, Bhawar Singh Shekhawat, a vengeful rival, patiently waits for the right moment to seek revenge after Pushpa humiliated him in the past. Pushpa, happily married to Srivalli, would do anything for her. When she requests a photo with the state’s Chief Minister during a public event, the CM refuses, fearing the political damage of being seen with a notorious smuggler.

In response, Pushpa convinces his friend Sidappa to run for the next Chief Minister's election, willing to invest a fortune into his campaign. At the same time, Pushpa teams up with international smuggler Hameed for a massive Red Sandal shipment, informing all his dealers in preparation..

However, Shekhawat seizes the opportunity to strike back, forming an alliance with Sinu and Daksha. He takes matters further by violently killing one of Pushpa’s dealers, sending shockwaves through the syndicate. Fear spreads among Pushpa's associates that the bitter rivalry might tear the organization apart. The syndicate members push both leaders to reconcile, but Shekhawat demands a public apology from Pushpa to end the conflict.

A grand party is arranged where the two rivals face each other, and Pushpa reluctantly apologizes to Shekhawat. However, the apology feels like a blow to Pushpa’s pride, and he quickly leaves the event, feeling he has lost his dignity. After a moment of reflection, he returns to the party where Shekhawat is reveling in his apparent victory. Pushpa, fueled by anger, humiliates Shekhawat in front of the entire crowd. The tension escalates, and a bitter challenge erupts between them. Pushpa declares that if Shekhawat intercepts his next Red Sandal shipment, he will leave the syndicate for good.

Now, both men are locked in a fierce battle for dominance, and the rivalry promises a bloody, high-stakes howdown.
